We are specially looking to hire staff around Brockton, Hopkinton, Framingham, Westborough, Northborough, Somerville, West Roxbury, Roslindale, Boston, Auburn and Worcester area. As a support staff you are part of a 24/7 team. You need to be responsible and reliable. This is not an agency. We try to keep the schedule as consistent as possible. Must be able to work independently and have sound judgment. We will train the right person.

1. Registered Nurse (RN)

Premier Health Systems of Auburn Massachusetts is looking for experienced and compassionate registered nurses to provide excellent care throughout Massachusetts. Our RN's will care for patients in their homes within the community.

Job Duties Include:
  • ● Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a homecare setting.
  • ● Assess home health patients to identify the physical, psycho-social, and environmental needs.
  • ● Developing, implementing and documenting the plan of care to ensure quality and continuity of patient care.
  • ● Educating patients and caregiver.
  • ● Collaborative communication between patient/family, team members, and other health care professionals.
  • ● Responsible for safety and health of medically fragile individuals.

Requirements:
  • ● Minimum one year nursing experience within the last three years in a facility.
  • ● Active State of Massachusetts Nursing License
  • ● Ability to multi task in fast pace environment
  • ● Must be self motivated
  • ● Reliable transportation
  • ● Clean driving and criminal background.
  • ● Current RN license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
  • ● Minimum of 6 months experience in the past 36 months as a Registered Nurse.
  • ● Home health or private duty nursing experience preferred.
  • ● Current CPR accredited by American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross
  • (certificate must be healthcare provider or healthcare professional).

2. Personal Care Assistant (PCA)

Premier Health Systems of Auburn Massachusetts, is looking for caring and compassionate Caregivers to become a part of our team and join our mission of enhancing the lives of aging senior citizens throughout our community. Premier Health Systems provides a variety of non-medical services that allow seniors to remain in their home and overcome the challenges of aging with dignity, care and compassion.

Part time work available, WEEKENDS A PLUS

Caregiver tasks include, but are not limited to:

  • ● Companionship and conversation
  • ● Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
  • ● Medication and appointment reminders

Personal Care duties include, but are not limited to:
  • ● Assistance with grooming and bathing
  • ● Assistance with toileting and incontinence issues

Requirements to be a Caregiver are as follows:
  • ● Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
  • ● Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
  • ● Pass a criminal background check, DMV check and drug screen
  • ● Must have a valid driver's license and valid auto insurance with your name on the policy .Valid CNA license, or one year working as a PCA in a rest home, CPR and First Aid.

3. Certified Home Health Aide (HHA)

Premier Health Systems of Auburn Massachusetts is currently hiring for Certified Home Health Aides We are looking for qualified and reliable home health aides that have a passion for providing exceptional care to adult patients in their homes. Our patient is in need of a home health aide that is available to work day shifts from 8am to 2pm. Also, there are additional hours available if interested. 4. Adult Companion (AC)

Premier Health Systems of Auburn Massachusetts is Seeking mature, responsible, dedicated individual to provide support adults with significant disabilities in their homes. This position involves personal care and monitoring during awake and sleeping hours.

Must be okay with intense supports and physical interaction. Responsibilities will also include cooking, cleaning, household tasks, and laundry. Requires assistance with all areas of daily living and support with transfer as needed basis.

Monitor medical Appointments transport individual as needed basis.

5. Individual Support Staff (ISS)
